1. Order Cancellation Protocol We understand that purchasing decisions may change. We gladly accept order cancellation requests within 24 hours of transaction completion. After this 24-hour window, your order smoothly transitions to our logistics network for dispatch. Should you miss this cancellation period, please don't worry—you may simply utilize our standard return process once the goods are delivered to you.
2. The 30-Day Evaluation Window We stand firmly behind the quality of our merchandise. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the exact date of purchase. To help us process your return quickly, we kindly request that the merchandise be returned in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with original packaging intact.
3. Exemptions & Non-Returnable Items For health, safety, and general hygiene reasons, a few specific categories are exempt from our standard 30-day return policy. This generally includes intimate apparel, swimwear, pierced jewelry (if unsealed), and custom-made items.

5. Inspection & Refund Processing Upon arrival at our returns facility, our quality care team will conduct a standard evaluation of the merchandise. We commit to completing this inspection and notifying you of the final outcome within 3 business days of parcel receipt. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that we may issue a partial refund if an item is returned damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund after our confirmation, please follow these steps:
