1.  AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

3.  ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Users are categorically prohibited from: (a) deploying automated scripts, spiders, or scrapers to extract structural HTML, imagery, or product literature; (b) purchasing merchandise for the intent of unauthorized wholesale, dropshipping, or commercial redistribution; and (c) executing actions that disproportionately burden our hosting infrastructure. Violations will result in immediate service termination.

4.  COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS

All digital assets housed on this domain—encompassing graphic interfaces, product photography, textual descriptions, and underlying code—remain the exclusive intellectual property of ZENITHCORE INC. Unauthorized replication, duplication, or competitive mirroring of our intellectual property is strictly forbidden.

5.  PRODUCT REPRESENTATION & TOLERANCES

We strive for exactitude in our product listings. However, physical commodities may exhibit marginal variances from digital representations due to monitor color calibration and standard manufacturing tolerances (e.g., slight dimensional or dye lot deviations). We maintain the right to rectify typographical or pricing inaccuracies retroactively, which may include canceling orders affected by such errors (with a full refund issued within 5 business days).

6.  PURCHASING RESTRICTIONS & ANTI-FRAUD

To ensure equitable inventory distribution, we may impose quantity limits per order or per billing address. We actively monitor for and prohibit bulk acquisitions characteristic of gray-market reselling. Transactions exhibiting high-risk indicators or coordinated purchasing patterns will be unilaterally voided.

7.  INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS & IMPORT OBLIGATIONS

The purchaser assumes the role of "importer of record" for all cross-border shipments. Standard order fulfillment requires 1-3 business days. The purchaser bears absolute financial responsibility for all destination-based import duties, VAT, and customs clearance tariffs. We disclaim all liability for transit delays directly attributable to customs processing.

8.  RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery timestamp. Merchandise must be tendered in factory-new, unutilized condition, with all proprietary tagging and primary packaging unbroken. Return freight logistics and associated costs are the purchaser's responsibility, barring manufacturing defects. Approved refunds are routed to the original payment instrument within 5-7 business days of warehouse receipt.

9.  LIMITATION OF LEGAL LIABILITY

Services and merchandise are provided strictly "as is." ZENITHCORE INC  shall bear no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including lost revenue or time—resulting from logistical delays, inventory depletion, or general use of this platform, to the furthest extent permissible by law.

10. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the prerogative to amend this agreement concurrently with operational or regulatory shifts. Continued engagement with our platform post-modification constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the updated terms.
